Wooden handled foam brushes are great for applying dyes or thin paints in large washes. Inexpensive for classes. Also can be used to apply dye for tie-dye methods instead of squirt bottles. I like using this set of different width brushes. The large one really gives a nice wash to fabric when doing sunprints while the smaller ones allow me to selectively add bits of color to my projects.
