There are several ways to pay for your order.
1. Use a credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This is the easiest and most convenient for both you and us. It is totally safe - we use a secure server, don't leave your credit card info on the web in any way, and you don't have to pay for any fraudulent charges made to your card.
2. PayPal
We accept payment via PayPal. At the payment page selecting PayPal and clicking the 'Place your order' button will direct you to the PayPal website, where you simply log in to your PayPal account and click the 'pay now' button. As soon as the payment completes, you will then be redirected back to our website where you will see a 'thank you' message with information about what will happen next.
3. Bill Me Later
Bill Me Later is a PayPal service that lets you buy now and pay later. Think of it as a secure, instant, and reusable credit line without the plastic. Bill Me Later is available as a payment option once added to your PayPal account, it can be used almost everywhere PayPal is accepted.
You can apply today, or choose to apply during checkout. To apply, simply enter your birth date and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, then accept the terms. You'll get an approval decision in seconds. Bill Me Later is subject to credit approval and offered by WebBank, Salt Lake City, Utah.

4. We provide Terms...
...ONLY to government funded schools and institutions with prior arrangement. We do NOT provide terms to private schools or institutions or anyone else. We must have the purchase order along with all the "fine print", also accounting office plus purchaser contact information, in order to establish a new account. We do not give quotes by phone, fax, mail or email. We cannot provide Proforma Invoices from our system, as nothing can be invoiced unless it is shipping. In order to give quotes (a Proforma Invoice) to your administration for approval, you can place an order on our website and choose the "Hold and print" option rather than sending the order. The print out will show the current cost of the items as well as the shipping, and can be submitted to us along with the purchase order. Just be aware that this is not a rock solid quote, as prices can change if time has gone by from when you got the quote, shipping can change, especially with bulky items, etc. You can mail or fax these in along with your official purchase order, but please don't do both! Once you have established an account with us, orders can be placed in future via the website, phone, fax, mail, however you like, as long as you give us the purchase order #.
5. Send us your order with a check.
Place an order on our web site and choose the "Hold and print" option rather than sending the order. Mail us your printout with your personal check/money order. We will wait for your payment to arrive. Payment by postal money order, money order or bank check can ship immediately. Orders with personal checks may be delayed 10 days for check clearance. Mail your payment here:
Dharma Trading Co.1805 S McDowell Blvd ExtPetaluma CA 94954If you'd rather use a good old fashioned hand written order, just fill out the order form and mail it in with your check, but please don't submit it on the website as well, or there will be lots of confusion.
6. Have us send it C.O.D.
SORRY, BUT WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW C.O.D. CUSTOMERS (but, for now, we will continue to service existing C.O.D. customers who have ordered COD within the last year.)
C.O.D.'s are less convenient for you and create a lot of problems. There is a $14.50 charge per box from the shipper to collect the money. They do not take cash. It must be a money order, or if you have arranged it with us, a check. You must be home to pay for and receive the package. If they miss you, they will try again within the next two days. After that they will return the package to us. If the package gets returned to us, you will still be liable for both the shipping out to you, and the return shipping back to us, plus a re-stocking charge if applicable.
