These are wearable almost all year around because they are made from wonderfully soft, breezy 100% Rayon Light. The edge seams are rolled and stitched, and we took extra care with the join seam - it is a stitched down French seam for ravel resistance and added good looks. All with cotton thread, of course, for perfect dyeing. Rayon light is strong when dry, but weak when wet, like all rayon, so handle with care and wash by hand.

I liked the quality of the scarf when I first recieved it. I washed the scarf in synthrapol let it dry and dyed it with Dharmas procion type dye. After it was dyed mysterious spots showed up that turned black after the scarf was died and washed out with hot water and synthrapol-I was dissapointed.

I loved these scarves the first couple of times I ordered them but the ones I received in the last order this fall seemed lighter in weight and even my customers noticed. They are not liking them as much as the original so I hope the manufacturer goes back to the original fabric. The product code on the package was BR406 just like the prior orders so I don't think I received the wrong item.

Ok in texture easy to dye and took colour well but main seam frayed a bit my usual 5th star for Dharma products is awol on this scarf. I wish you'd have a similar itenm in habatoi or better still in a silk jersey that didn't need a centre seam at all.

These are the most popular item I sell and it is the piece I most enjoy dyeing. I market them as "infinity wraps" because they are so much more than just a "scarf." In addition to wearing them the traditional way you can wrap it around your shoulders or you can create a beautiful and easy turban-type head wrap. The light rayon takes fiber reactive dye and indigo vat dye beautifully and when rinsed with Milsoft the hand is soft and silky. Customers comment that the pieces feel as soft and luxurious as they look and they often are surprised to learn that the material is rayon.

Dyes perfectly. Love the lighter weight semi sheer rayon. I think you got this right. If the rayon was any lighter (like a sheer rayon chiffon) the fabric would be too weak when wet for mass tie dye production. Love the finished seam and hems. If this wasn't roll hemmed it would ravel like crazy in the dyeing process and I'd be picking threads out of the wash after production. So I think the guy who wants a raw edge on this scarf is wrong. Perfect for traveling - ready for any situation like your photos.

These used to be my go-to scarves however my most recent batch of them have the big itchy bulky tag sewn right into the darn hem and there is no way to pop it of wo busting the seam open and sewing back. Talk about an unnecessary headache so I wont be ordering these ever again.

Love this circular scarf. It dyed up so nice. It is strong yet it feels so delicate and light to wear. Gave 2 of theses as gifts and my family loved them.
