Absorbent foam core in a hard plastic sleeve. Use an eyedropper to fill the pen from the bottom with dye or dunk the tip directly into some ink and allow it to wick up the core and draw away! 4.5" long.
Choose rounded tip or pointed tip.

These are wonderful. I use them extensively with Tsukineko inks which Dharma unfortunately doesn't carry. To use simply dip the tip into ink. I like to do a test on scrap fabric before applying to my artwork to ensure that I haven't applied too much ink. No eye dropper is necessary!

Ink does not "flow" from these pens. You can get a small amount of intense color (a few strokes) after you load the tip. However you can shade and blend (Like charcoal shading but on fabric) for quite a while before reloading.

FYI: the round tips are meant for blending after applying the ink with the pointed tips.

I guess I haven't figured out how to use these yet. I haven't found them effective compared to the pointed tip at either covering a broader area or blending adjoining colors.

using them like a dip pen is much easier than trying to get them filled drop by drop. IF you are planning to do dye calligraphy with these get the pointed to cut the chisel tip out of. the bullet tips are much shorter than the pointed tip. if the bullet tip was as long as the pointed tip I would of gave 5 stars
