Customer service is excellent. The rayon scarves dye very well. The fringe tends to bunch up sometimes or even unravel a bit.

On the whole I love these scarves. They take dye beautifully both procion and indigo. The fabric has a nice ease and softness and is less likely to wrinkle than the regular rayon. Two pet peeves: 1) The thick ugly tag sewed into the hem. Some have come through lately with the tag sewed on separately so it can be easily removed. THANK THE GODS! 2) Knots in the fringe that come untied during washing and dyeing. Basically I have to go through and tighten or re-tie every knot. What a pain! And a total waste of time!

I love these but hate the fringes. They always fall apart and I am too inept to fix them properly. I am learning but shouldn't have to. Darn it. Still I will always order more as the ladies do love the finished product.

Love these. Easy to dye. Nice size. Don't love that I have to remove the tags and re-hem that small area on each one.

The content tags are sewn too tight and they are difficult to remove. It takes too much time to remove them and they are unsightly and need to be removed. Ugg

Love the scarf itself and the size. My mistake I used pigment dye which came out really muted. I am going to do the rest in Procion. Also please consider offering a lighter weight challis.

These scarves are like a canvas and the dyes are my paints! They take the dyes beautifully and the end result is a marvelous accessory for any wardrobe!

This was an accident. I ordered it thinking I was ordering the regular rayon. HAPPY ACCIDENT! My grands thought this was more fashionable. It's pliable gauzy and easy to tie into loops and other fashion styles. More so than the others though I love the other rayon for sarong wrapping and chilly air conditioned restaurants. I recommend those for pulling out of your purse. BUT THIS ONE I will order again. However don't use with the shibori technique. Threads put holes in the scarf. YOU said it was delicate when wet. Lucky for me I only did one with shibori. Too bad as it was stunning. Sold it cheap.:)
