If you want big muslin, look no further. 9 foot wide scenery muslin for backdrops, display areas, etc.. Heavy weight. Please note; MUS9 does not come on a bolt, but rather in a box. This makes good sense, as a 9 foot long bolt would be awful hard to move around.
Fabric Details
- 100% cotton
- 5 oz per square yard, 108" wide
- Thread count is 68 threads per inch x 72 threads per inch
- You can dye this with Our Fiber Reactive Dyes
- We found that this shrinks 14% in Length and 6% in Width disclaimer
- Suggested usage; backdrops, displays, quilts etc.
- Fabric has a slight open weave
- Available in cut yardage ( bulk discounts levels at 10+ yds.) and in 30 yard bolts
- Machine wash in any temperature water
- This fabric is PFD
Remember, bolts vary! They can be over or under - we charge you for the actual yardage. If you need very specific yardage, order cut yardage.

It's good thick material but you have to wash and dry the pieces a few times to soften it up or it will not allow the soda ash andor dye to penetrate the fabric.

I made curtains for some really big windows in my house. This worked perfectly. I dip dyed it with fiber reactive dye and now my living room is super cheerful.
