I have used this fabric in the past to make drapes for my living room. The natural color coodinates perfectly with my color scheme and the drape of the 7oz. is great for curtains--not too heavy and not too light. I intend to use it in other rooms of the house!

Washes to very soft almost stretchy. Used it to make some tote bags and it worked very well. Dyes well too though the weave is so tight it's almost waterproof (just squeeze it a few times). Will likely order more.

Love this stuff! I'm using it to make embroidered pillow covers mug rugs 'cocktail napkins' stash bags and have plans for all sorts of other stuff. It drapes well and has a satisfying hand. I machine wash and dry it without using any fussy settings before working with it. Before washing I give the raw edges a quick finish with a zigzag stitch. The edges crumple like mad so you can't be too worried about wrinkles -- it's not ironing friendly!

This is great to dye and softens up a lot if you wash it first.
