The Tencel, Viscose, Cupro, and Spandex blend has a very slight 2-way stretch selvedge-to-selvedge. It's a nice weight great for structured top pieces like a vest or jacket.

Really nice fabric too bad it's on closeout. It's a gabardine weave about the weight you'd expect from midlight weight suiting but of course it's cellulose not wool. It's a trifle too heavy for traditional blouses but in cooler weather it works fine - the extra weight is compensated by its fluid drape. It could work for pants also assuming a lose fitting design something with wide legs and slight gathering around the waist would work fine.It takes shirting details fine - button plackets collar details are pretty easy to do with this fabric. It is very close (but not equal) to cotton in terms of handling crisp detailing and has an added resilience from the inherent soft heaviness of tencel and spandex.Dyes well with the procion dyes also. Shibori techniques work well - the fabric is sturdy enough to survive intense pre-dye stitching and resolve itself after the threads are removed post dye.

a lovely fabric IMO medium weight more for overblouses and vests than blouses. satiny on one side blahon the other each reflects colour differently and could be used where you are after slightly different effects inmy case in a quilt. takes dye well but doesn't come off as brilliant as mercerized.

Gorgeous satin weave shiny on one side matte on the reverse. The satin side dyed about 4 shades darker than the matte side with fiber reactive dye. Very flowy and a good weight for wide-legged pants skirts and dresses.
