This dress, in the short version, sleeveless and short sleeve has been very, very popular since we started making it, both in short and long versions.
We added a mid-calf length (depending on your height of course) because so many of you requested it.Made of heavier 100% combed cotton jersey (5.3 oz/sq yd) and sewn with care in the U.S.A. with cotton thread. Scoop neck, very nicely shaped and flattering. Double needle stitched neckline and hems.They dye, tie-dye, paint, marble, stencil and stamp perfectly.

I have a school project requiring a specific dress and I found it at Dharma trading very resonably priced. True to size good material. My complaint is the neck it is way toooo big very loose and open. Biggerwider than the scoop neck showing in the picture.

I work in a small community mental health agency. Our clients are struggling with the shut down and not being able to see us in person but personal protective equipment is in short supply and needed to be reserved for people who were very sick while we can do video and phone appointments. We finally got the go-ahead to start seeing folks in person and managed to gather everything we would need except for isolation gowns. Disposable ones are on back order and ridiculously expensive not to mention bad for the environment. I recently learned that coronavirus does not like 100% cotton but even cotton isolation gowns are back ordered not to mention getting terrible reviews for not holdong up well. Besides most of them arent 100% cotton. I started looking for fabric to buy so we could sew our own and I remembered buying from Dharma Trading Company before. When I saw these dresses I was thrilled. We will slit them up the back and add ties so we can put them on and take them off just like a traditional isolation gown spray them with alcohol or peroxide between clients and wash them nightly. I can't wait for them to arrive!

I am extremely disappointed that this like the long version don't come in sizes larger than XL like the rest of the "Play" series. I haven't purchased this product because for some reason you don't make it for plus sizes. Sad really my customers (and myself) would love to have long sleeves.
