Superwash merino seems to take dye brighter and with more luminosity than any other fiber. The nylon content adds strength, important for socks, and will dye just like the merino. The strength the nylon lends to the blend is just about a perfect proportion with superwash merino, and the merino is super soft!

SUPER SOFT and a delight to work with! Takes dye beautifully. I've ordered this in the past and had no problems with the skeins. However the last few skeins I've ordered were impossible to cake up on a standard swift. It took two people a chair and some gymnastics to handle the large loop and even then the yarn was also twisted and had a few knots. I would not be able to sell this to customers as soft as it is.

I LOVE this yarn! The long hank allows you to really play with colorways! It took dye beautifully!

Beautiful and soft and was a magnet for my natural dye colors though it's very much a "light fingering." But oh boy winding that skein into something more manageable was a certified nightmare constantly tangling on itself no matter what we did (it ended up being a two person operation.) I re-wound it before it was even dyed so it's definitely not an in-process tangle. I wish this yarn was available in a more average skein dimension they're not kidding about how L O N G these skeins are!.
