Pretty nice hat but some of my female customers say the bill is a little too long. Other that that people have been happy and they dye up great.

We were not sure how these would tie dye....they look great!

These hats are extremely durable. I am still wearing some i bought from Dharma and tie dyed eight years ago. They last!

The hats take dye well thus if dyeability is your primary concern and appearancelook are not important you can't go wrong.When compared to any of the many baseball caps I have the form of these hats is misshapen: there are two odd "bumps" one on either side of the front panel.I noticed the "bumps" immediately after trying one on for the first time. I was surprised so I checked the model pictures to see how I missed the hat has "bumps". I concluded the tension created from how the models in the pics wear them (bills curved downward and the hats pulled beyond tops of their ears) stretches the fabric enough that the "bumps" are barely noticeable. If this hat is worn in what I consider the normal way the "bumps" are clearly visible rendering them unwearable in my opinion.
