We read your reviews, we listened to your numerous phone calls, we scoured the planet. It took awhile, but we finally found some bigger ones, in 100% cotton, and they are now here! Now you can buy the smaller original size, or our new larger size that measures approx. 23" after washing and fits most adult heads! Don't worry, be happy, be protected from the sun.
Please note that the inside band is not 100% cotton. The outside will dye just fine.

the are kid size and they are poorly constructed with the inner band becomes tattered upon processing. I will only use these for kids and will have to use a Tide Wash Bag to pre-wash AND rinse out. Dharma needs a true adult sized hat about twice the size of this hat. I am still having them made in Centerville TN for over $13piece.

Yep they're small once dyed. I bought 4 had them shipped to UK (not cheap especially with taxes too) and shouldn't have bothered. I wanted one specifically for my 12yr old for school so we dyed it in the right colours and it doesn't fit him it's shrunk so much. I don't think it will even fit my 8yr old.

I have tie-dyed and sold hundreds of these hats. Yes the original size is small but if you keep them out of the dryer and instead let them air dry on a hat stretcher they fit most teens and women. They are great for tie-dyeing because you can actually fold the brim.The new larger size is bigger but I can't use them because the brim is too stiff to fold and the crown is a very thin fabric so the dye tends to run everywhere. It would be great if Dharma had the larger size made of the same materials as the smaller size.

Unfortunately like everyone else said they run very small. I only bought the size large and pretty much everyone that has tried them on says I guess I have a big head. Dharma please make a bigger size! The hats are nice otherwise.

I dyed a bunch of these for a family vacation in Cancun. They fit well on all the adults! They held up well in the pool and I ended up taking orders from people at the pool! Love these!

The hat body is 3" height. If it shrinks it will be lower. I'm going to sew ties on mine to keep it fixed on my head better. It's not staying put. I'd like it to have more height.

Love the new larger hats. I've had no complaints at all with any of these hats from my customers except larger heads couldn't fit the old ones but now they do!

Just received this adult hat and it fits perfectly. Be sure to note the date on previous comments about size. Apparently the size issue for adults has been solved. (I am a woman but do not have a small head.) I am very pleased with the design and fit.

New size works for larger heads! Work great for tye-dying. I "spin" from the topcenter of the hat...also lay then on the screen and "freestyle" the dye...turn out GREAT! Thanks!!

These are now made in China they are even smaller than before! They are not sewn well andravel when you dye them .Also the brim is not cut right!
