It's made of a lighter fabric weight canvas and the top rolls up to close with a velcro tab. Lunch is just one of the many possible uses. With the right kind of superhuman intellect, you could probably conquer the world with this bad boy...
Measures about 6" wide x 9" tall when rolled with a 5" gusset, which is not immediatly obvious because it comes from the manufacturer flat. In response to requests, the velcro strip has been made longer.

once we figured out the gusset thing (hint-fold it like a paper grocery bag and iron it) these are great! Velcro in the right spot. Fun for the kids to customize!!

Our kids made these and have used them to carry lunch to school! (Even though it's "cooler" to buy!) They take Tie-dyes very well!!!

Material arrives as a natural (light tan) cotton material. Washing with washing soda a few times will brighten them up to a more white cotton look. Material takes procion die well. Great size for bag soft container to hold a few smaller items (think small purse or small stuff sack sized) or a sandwich and price of fruit or two. Closure rolling flap process is helped by ironing pressing the creases well.

Fine bags that dye well. The Velcro fastenings are nice and keep a neat package. Velcro of course doesn't dye. A different closure maybe but this works well.

Not white. they are "natural" canvas--light brown. They dyed ok as long as the whole bag was dyed in dark colors like blue green and dark purple.

I didn't care for this bag that much. The canvas is too thick and clunky. I tried dying it and it took the color very drab. Will only buy again if they change the fabric.

It's a light "natural" brown color...Not white as it appears in the picture. We don't have time to return so we'll see how it dyes..Hoping it will look cool with dark dyes. 3 stars because a white bag as shown in the picture is not what came. It could be very awesome however. We shall see
