This 3 Tier Drop Waist Ruffle Dress Cap Sleeve dress is made in the USA! It is super soft 100% cotton, combed ringspun baby rib, sewn with cotton thread so that it dyes beautifully.
This version is short sleeved, with a drop waist and 3 fancy tiers in the skirt that are joined with a ruffly pearl stitch. The sleeves and hem are also finished in the single lettuce ruffle style. The neck has a double needle rib binding for strength.

I used the ice dye method for this dress and it took the dye beautifully. My granddaughter loves it!

Cute but poor sewing. Both of the dresses I ordered had seams let go in the wash. On a cold gentle cycle. Super cute but for 18 bucks us plus shipping to Canada im super sad
