Hand crochet top yoke with small squared lattice design that is filled with a small shell scallop. Natural colored cotton muslin top is slightly gathered into the cotton crochet yoke. Rolled hem at bottom with crochet scalloped edging. Side slits are 5" and are also edged in crochet. Neckline and yoke edges are embellished with a small scalloped crochet edge. Fine crochet cord woven through yoke has wooden bead ends. Oversized to allow for shrinkage.

Warm natural colored beige cotton crochet yarn and natural muslin top takes Procion Fiber Reactive Dye beautifully in solid colors. Keep in mind that dyes are transparent. The natural coloring of this top will combine with whatever color you dye it. So if you dye it a light shade of blue, the finished color result will appear as a greenish (teal blue) tint. Dye it red and it will end up with a warm orangey glow to the red. This beautifully made top looks great undyed, too!

I got 1 of each of the 3 bolivian cotton lace tops ordered a size up based on the reviews. The fabric is wonderful great hand to it really substantial and soft and natural looking I can't find cotton like this in the fabric stores. After washing it gets a beautiful slightly puckery texture not 'wrinkled' looking in my opinion.I ordered a size up and the two sleeveless ones are slightly on the large side but oddly the short-sleeved one while it looks huge actually has not much room to spare around the hips and I don't have big hips. It does not seem to be gathered in at the neckline area like the sleeveless ones goes straight down at the sides. Sorta big at the top but not at the hem. Doesn't flare out even slightly the way the other two do.Love these tops.
