We lost our source for the best selling tote bag "Cool Totes". We had these 10 oz. natural cotton duck replacement made and sewn with cotton thread making them for perfect dyeing. They are practically identical to the Cool Tote but at a lower price! Each has a gusset so they can really carry stuff, and they have two pockets on one side.

I did love these more when they were also made in the U.S.A. However they are made so similarly that they did not suffer a loss of quality. I have been using these or prior totes to hand print and they work just as beautifully as the 'old' model! I purchase mainly from Dharma and am almost always satisfied.

I love the fill width pockets and the gusset on these but I wish the handles were just a bit wider. These do take dye well but they definitely need a good scour before dyeing - not . I've started doing this with pretty much all canvas dyeables.

Dharma and have been acquainted for many many years. They have always done everything for me that I have bought and thought. They are the BEST. The cotton totter bags suggest many interesting ideas. Thanks.

I love these totes! 99% of my dyes are ice dyes and these babies take to it like fish in water. They seem to be well made and a great size for everything from gardening to carrying school books to a purse!

These bags are great they take our dye well we just have to scour the bag first to get the wax off. very durable and pockets are nice!

Nice quality construction but the fabric does not take dye. I would never buy again or advise anyone to if you plan on dyeing it.
