If your material is porous, grainy or uneven start with a strong foundation by laying down a basecoat. Easy to apply, water based and has a super fast dry time. The consistency is thick so if you're going for a dense base, to cover up material texture, be sure to work in layers rather than blobbing on one massive coat.
On the flip side of that, the primer can be thinned with water or the AlphaFlex Reducing Agent in case you don't want to completely mask the texture of your work surface.
