The standard everyday brushes of China, nothing fancy. Shedding happens. Very economical for classes! Bamboo body and each with a protective cap. Perfect for silk painting and other dye painting techniques as the goat hair holds a fair amount of dye. Good for painting wax in Batik also.

SOME ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. THE SMALLEST ONE FELL APART. BUT THEY ARE BETTER & COST LESS THAN THE ONES I BOUGHT AT MICHAELS.

the smalllest brush fell apart the first time I dipped it in water- the hairs fell out and they shed a lot

Two out of the ten brushes had split bamboo handles of which I cannot use. I paint on the vertical which means the dye runs through the split and all over my hand.

BETTER QUALITY THAN WHAT I HAD PURCHASED AT MICHAELS FOR IMMEDIATE USE. THE PRICE IS ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY LESS & YOU HAVE A LOT MORE SIZES TO CHOSE FROM
