About Shipping

Orders submitted before noon (PST) Monday - Friday, unless it is a holiday, are shipped the SAME DAY.
Orders submitted at noon or later (PST) Monday - Friday are shipped the NEXT WORK DAY.
Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays or weekend days.
Shipping cost is based on weight, and only occasionally, dimension for lightweight but bulky stuff. Light stuff normally costs less than heavy stuff, unless it is really bulky. There's nothing tricky going on here, but the computer doesn't always know if your package is going to have an extra dimensional weight charge as it doesn't know the size box we have to use, only the weight. We might have to call you if the shipping comes out to more because the item is light but bulky.
