Jacquard Blank Screen Frames are wooden frames prestretched with 8xx (110 mesh) polyester monofilament. The frames are varnished and stretched tight as can be. The screen sizes denote the size of the well, the interior mesh area, and don't include the 1.25" wood frame, so increase the measurements by 2.5" for overall sizes.

Screen was warped and wouldn't sit flat. Be aware that the screen prints well on paper but poorly on fabric.

After 3 coats of acrylic varnish the screens were ready to go. I have not stopped using them since.

The wood frame is not glued together very well i don't think that would cause a leak but one of the corners have a small gap.
