Glow in the Dark Mouth Masks

Need a quick costume idea for a bit of Halloween fun? Make a quick glow in the dark face mask!

Let's get started!
Lay your facemask over the mouth you want to trace. You can just hold it or use a piece of masking tape if you wish.
Using the Tulip Glow Paint trace the outline of the mouth shape.
Fill in any large areas that you want to glow. We didn't but if you want, a paint brush could be used but that is totally optional.
Let the paint dry fully.
To charge up your mask so it will glow, put it in bright light for at least 1 minute, the more it is allowed to charge up the longer the glow will last . Once the glow fades, put it back in some bright light for a while; flash lights are handy for full glow effect when out and about.
Now you are ready to head out and be spooky!
