Shipping Estimates

Brrrr It's Cold. Liquids can freeze in transit when it gets very cold during winter, especially traveling from California across the country. We suggest you choose a quicker method of shipping this time of year to help avoid paints/dyes/liquids freezing before they get to you. Packages sitting in hubs over the weekend and ground packages run more of a risk, so keep that plus Holiday schedules in mind when you choose your shipping! Sorry, we can't replace items that are damaged due to freezing.
We will be closed Thursday November 26th and Friday November 27th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Due to holiday shipping schedules packages will not be delivered Thursday November 26th or Friday November 27th for Standard Ground and 3-day air packages.
3-Day Air packages must be placed on Friday November 20th before 11am PST in order to assure delivery before the holiday.
*Overnight packages* will be delivered Friday November 27th if your order was placed Wednesday before 11am PST.
If you wish your package to be delivered Saturday November 28th, please call us directly Wednesday before 11am PST for details, as Saturday delivery is not offered to every zip code.

Important Notes About Ordering Online

  • Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays, weekends, or the first day processing your order.
  • We can ship to a vast number of countries other than the USA and Canada. If you are shipping to Canada, click here first.
  • Orders placed before 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are shipped the next work day.
  • Orders placed on weekends are shipped Monday.

Information About "Favorites" and "Notify on Arrival"

Favorites

Your Favorites are a cumulative list of pages you have chosen as the ones you like.

Features:

  • You can add any page on our site to your Favorites list and it will immediately show up on your MyAccount page. Simply click the "Add to Favorites" button at the top of any page to choose that page as a favorite.
  • You can delete any page from your Favorites list by clicking the red "Remove" button next to the pages name.
  • You can add items on your Favorites list to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the "Order Now" button underneath the page name. Doin so will open up the form you are used to seeing on our product pages. Simply select the sizes and quantities you want just like you normally would and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  • You can order multiple items from your Favorites list at the same time by clicking the "Order Now" buttons of each product you want and choosing all sizes and quantities before clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  • You can visit the web page for any of your Favorites by clicking on the name of the product or the icon to the left of the name.

Sometimes there is an item you want to order but, for various possible reasons, it is currently out of stock or a new item we have yet to receive. Your Notify On Arrival list keeps track of these items and lets you know when they are in stock and ready to be ordered.

Features:

  • You will receive email notification upon availability of desired products.
  • You can delete any item from your Notify On Arrival list by clicking the red "Remove" button.
  • You can order the items you've been waiting for directly from your MyAccount page by filling in the quantity box for each item that is available and clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Doing so will automatically delete this item from your Notify On Arrival list.
  • You can visit the web page for any of your Notify On Arrival items by clicking on the name of the product or the icon to the left of the name.
